Comedia basada en la vida de dos compañeros de trabajo llamados Joe (David Krumholtz) y Luis (Michael Urie) que llevan toda la vida siendo amigos y socios. Su "bromance" será puesto a prueba cuando uno de ellos esté a punto de casarse. Joe es un arquitecto cuya vida basa en las decisiones de la cabeza y no en las de su corazón, mientras Luis es espontáneo y emocional. Ambos han encontrado su estabilidad amorosa: Joe está comprometido con Ali (Sophia Bush) mientras Luis está saliendo con Wyatt (Brandon Routh), un enfermero vegetariano.
